Membership and leadership



마음에 안 드는 일이 있으면 반대세력을 형성하는 사람들이 있습니다.
그러지 마십시오.
보이지 않게 내가 할 수 있는 부분에서 긍정적으로 기여하면 됩니다.
그러면 단체가 좋은 쪽으로 흘러 갑니다.
There are those who make a counterforce when there is thing they don’t like.
Don’t do it.
We can contribute it in a positive way to the part where we can do invisibly.
Then the organization will move in a good direction.




다 우두머리 노릇만 해야 되는 게 아닙니다.
그림자도 필요합니다.
그림자 노릇도 못하는 사람이 어떻게 우두머리를 하겠습니까?
만일 그런 사람들을 리더로 세우면 또 얼마나 독주를 하겠습니까?
Not everybody should take a part as a leader.
Shadow is necessary as well.
How can you expect someone to take a role as a leader
when he can’t take a part as a shadow enough?
If that person has been put up as a leader,
then how dictatorial he will be?




내가 하면 잘 할 것 같지만, 멤버십을 발휘하지 못하는 사람은 절대 리더가 될 수 없습니다.
먼저 자기 자리에서 할 바를 해야 지도자가 되는 겁니다.
자기 자리고 못 찾는 사람이 어떻게 지도자를 하겠습니까?
One may think “I can make it good”,
but those who can’t make membership well can never become a leader.
One should do what one has to do in one’s position to be able to become a leader.
How can one act as a leader when the one who can’t even find one’s position?
